Skirt Steak, Grilled Veggies & Salad

This one is pretty simple. I just grilled some skirt steak and green onions, boiled some corn on the cobb, and threw together a quick green salad with sliced tomatoes and some grilled asparagus.

You may notice that I use asparagus pretty regularly -- but only since I discovered the pre-cooked grilled asparagus in the frozen food section at Trader Joe's. Now I just have a bag of aspargus in my freezer and can pull out a couple spears whenever I need them. Just heat them and serve.
